McGill University
Bachelor of Arts, Majoring in Industrial Relations, Minoring in Education
I feel like my undergraduate degree at McGill has truly prepared me for the next stages of my life; whether i decide to pursue Law or any other career path. Although the courses i took at McGill may not be very directly relatable to what i want to pursue in the future, the learning habits I've developed during my time here will stay with me for life. I'm really satisfied with my decision in choosing McGill. Although there were many different occasions when I've doubted my choice due to the difficulties of the classes and the pressure it came with being at one of the top universities in canada, I'm truly glad i stuck with it. All the challenges I've faced at McGill pushed me into thinking more critically about my life, beyond just the academic standards. The friends that i've met here, and relationships I've established and the intellectual conversations I've had with my professor and peers are things that i will treasure for the rest of my life.
Throughout my time at McGill, I've joined many different clubs that has really confirmed my professional development. One of which is the Undergraduate Law Society at mcgill, which provided me with all the relevant information i had regarding law school, a career in law or any sort of legal consulting. I was also able to meet a lot of the law students currently at McGill Law, who really gave me an realistic insight on how law school is like and what important informations i should focus on. With the mentorship of these students, it made me more convinced that this is the right path for me.
